Payment for all orders is required at time of order placement. Orders placed with credit card payment will be processed immediately. Orders placed with personal check will be processed after funds have cleared. All orders placed are subject to acceptance or rejection.

All orders over $200 that are paid with a credit card will only be shipped to the Billing Address on record. Credit card charges will appear as "ScottAdamsEnterprises" on your billing statements. The Hiking Spot is a subsidiary of Scott Adams Enterprises.

Order Cancellation
Cancellation of orders is subject to approval. Service charges may be applied.

Availability of Products
Some products may be on backorder. You will be notified if an item is on backorder and will be given the opportunity to cancel the order or have the order partially shipped. We will attempt to fill backordered items as quickly as possible. If a backorder is not filled within 30 days, the item will be cancelled and you will be notified.
