Return Policy
| | If you need to return an item for any reason, please email us at orders@thehikingspot.com or call (814) 414-0253 for return authorization. We must be notified within 10 days of receipt of an order for returns of damaged or defective items or items shipped in error. All returns must be authorized before shipping the items back to us.
Return shipments should include a copy of the packing list and/or invoice. Items that are found to be defective or shipped in error will be credited in full including return freight. Returns on food, HAZMAT, special orders, customs and discontinued items will not be accepted.
If the product was broken in shipment, please save all packing material so a carriers' representative can inspect it. Non-defective returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be in saleable condition.
